We recently celebrated our son's college graduation with a dinner party of 22 at Carmine's, and it was an outstanding experience. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was perfect for such a special occasion, and everything came together beautifully. Our large group was well accommodated, making the evening enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our celebration so memorable. We highly recommend Carmine's for family gatherings and special events!

My guy and I went to Carmine's in AC for his birthday. First off make sure to make reservations. We didn't have reservations so we ate at the bar because the wait was 1 hour and 40 minutes. The location is on the strip so parking was scarce. We had to pay to park in a lot. We walked in and the 2 young ladies at the front desk was very friendly and inviting. They advised next time definitely make reservations. We had a wonderful server Olivia, very attentive. Our food came quickly. Huge portions for 2 to share. They brought out this delicious bread before our entree. We had shrimp scampi and broccoli as a side dish. Only issue was the broccoli costed $22 for a side dish. Very expensive for a side dish. Overall the food was delicious, mostly adults very few kids, restaurant seemed clean but a little old fashion decor. I would definitely recommend.

We decided to make a last minute reservation, snagged a 9:30pm time slot. Reservation time did run over a smidge It waw worth the wait! Sevice was quick, may have helped that we knew exactly what we wanted. Started with mussels, we chose the white wine.. the flavor had me wanting to order a side of pasta to soak it in.. very tasty and the mussels were plump and delicious. Since dishes are family size, we chose the porter house contadina style, medium rare. Tatse buds were smiling bite after bite.. the steak.. so tender, garlic bits hidden all throughout.. the potatoes soaked in the juice with the peppers and onions. The sausage had a great bite.. the 'snap' and packed with flavor. All the fresh herbs within the dishes.. nom nom! An amazing meal we were beyond pleased with. The espresso martini, amazing.. the vodka martini was meh. We ordered tiramisu to go, and my oh my what a portion size!

Had a fantastic dinner at Carmine’s last night! The food was absolutely delicious, and our server, Kalajah, was amazing—so friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. She made sure we were enjoying our meal, checked in often. Thank God we made reservations. Carmine’s was packed, so I definitely recommend making a reservation in advance if you’re planning to go. 🍝😊👏

Planned a party of 18 for my husbands birthday and was blown away! The service was better than I could have ever expected. Every single thing we ate was amazing. The zucchini fries were my favorite. If you’re looking to have a big group for dinner in AC, look no further!
